This website is currently operated by TailorSol Studio for project inquiries, the AI assistant, and website operations. If a later contracting entity, regional entity, or service entity differs, it will be confirmed in the proposal, contract, or order.
Privacy requests can be submitted through the website inquiry entry by selecting Privacy request and providing a replyable contact method and request scope.
If enabled service providers, processing regions, or data flows change, the public notice or latest explanation provided on request should stay aligned with the actual configuration.

Information you submit, such as name, contact method, company, project type, budget range, expected timeline, requirement description, and additional notes.
Messages, conversation context, human support requests, and follow-up updates entered in the AI assistant.
Technical information used for anti-spam, rate limiting, customer-support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and security, such as request time, page path, browser information, browser language, timezone, hashed IP and User-Agent identifiers, and approximate country or city information inferred from the server-observed IP. When a smart-support conversation is escalated to a human agent, the agent workspace may show the server-observed IP, original User-Agent, and browser/system information for troubleshooting and safety review. Chat context is minimized by removing URL query strings, hash fragments, and unnecessary referrer details where practical.
The website does not ask for identity documents, payment card details, health data, precise location, or other sensitive information unrelated to project assessment.

To understand project context, assess service scope, arrange solution discussion, and support follow-up.
To answer AI assistant questions, keep human support in the same window, and preserve necessary context.
To prevent spam, apply rate limits, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, and process leads through internal handling workflows.
We do not sell your project information to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing.

Information may be processed by hosting, security, database, AI service, support system, and notification providers that support the website, form, internal handling workflow, anti-spam, and assistant features.
Provider categories are separated by function: hosting and security providers process requests and security logs; database and managed record systems process inquiry records; AI and support providers process chat content, support status, and summaries; notification providers process necessary alert content.
AI assistant messages may be sent to AI service and support providers to generate replies, keep the same-window conversation, handle human support status, and create necessary summaries.
Processing regions depend on the hosting, AI, support, and notification services actually enabled. The current provider categories, processing regions, and data flows follow the public list or the latest explanation provided on request.
These providers process information only for website operation, requirement assessment, customer support, security, and troubleshooting purposes. TailorSol Studio maintains internal records of active providers, processing regions, and data flows for the website, and keeps the public notice aligned with the actual configuration.
Where required by law, regulation, dispute handling, or protection of the website and users, necessary information may be disclosed as permitted by applicable law.

Ordinary project inquiries that do not become active work, related chat records, and human support summaries are retained no longer than 30 days after the last communication or completion of handling, then deleted or anonymized. Clearly invalid, spam, or out-of-scope requests may be deleted earlier.
Application-level rate-limit and abuse-prevention records are usually retained for no more than 2 days. Operational events are usually retained for no more than 30 days. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule, usually within 30 days. Active projects, contracts, payments, disputes, compliance matters, security incidents, or legally required records are not subject to the ordinary 30-day inquiry retention rule and are handled according to their specific purpose and applicable rules.
You may request access, copy, export, portability, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing of inquiry information related to you through the website inquiry entry. After necessary identity verification, TailorSol Studio usually responds within the period required or allowed by applicable law; if an extension, refusal, or limitation is needed, the reason will be explained.

You may choose not to submit an inquiry, but without a replyable contact method we cannot follow up.
You may skip the AI assistant and use the inquiry form directly.
For a privacy request, mark the inquiry description as “Privacy Request” and describe the access, copy, export, portability, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing, or consent withdrawal scope.

The AI assistant stores a session identifier in your browser session storage to keep the conversation continuous in the same window.
The AI assistant helps answer questions but does not make legally binding or similarly significant automated decisions.
Pricing, scheduling, contract, payment, and delivery decisions require human assessment and separate confirmation.
